Swati Kadel
Swati Kadel is the driving force behind Edgesetter. She is a certified soft skills trainer and has a master’s degree in HR from NMIMS & English Literature from University of Rajasthan. Before forming the company, Swati has been a part of the industry for over a decade, handling diverse profiles in HR in different businesses. She has a wealth of experience in HR spanning across the entire business value chain from setting up HR and L&OD Departments, streamlining HR processes to Recruitment and Corporate HR.
Her insights into the issues faced by most businesses and experience in the field, has given Edgesetter an added advantage when finding the right solutions for all our clients.

CEO and Founder of Incture Technologies, Sachin founded his company with a vision to create a platform for entrepreneurs (employees) that leverages the power of people, communities and ecosystems in transforming organizations. At Incture , he been leading the “concept to market” cycles of various enterprise application & technology products and solutions, helping Incture emerge as the leading provider of digital process applications for SAP customers.
Before Incture, Sachin spent 6 years at SAP headquarters, Germany, leading various initiatives on products, architecture, technology and strategic customer co-innovation. In addition to this, Sachin is an assistant and coach in many landmark education programs, where he has supported people in seeing new ways of approaching their challenges and opportunities to improve their lives.
CA Sunil Patodia
Founder of SK Patodia & Associates, a 25 year old firm with branches in 14 cities across 9 states, Sunil Patodia has many credits to his name. He is an eminent speaker at professional seminars on finance & related subjects and his immense experience in the field spans over Accountancy, Finance, Audit and Corporate Law.
He has been a council member of Western India Regional Council of ICAI for 3 consecutive terms from 2007 to 2016, served as its Chairman for 2015-16 and was elected as 2nd Vice District Governor (2015-16) of Lions Club International for District 323 A-3, Mumbai. In addition to this, he is actively involved in giving back to the community and is the Founder Trustee of Vatsala Foundation, Lions Club of Heritage Galaxy and Shri Doongermal Patodia Charitable Trust.
